CONDITIONS GENERALES DE VENTE Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please note that payment of application fees for the IB programmes and payment of tuition fees for the HLP program should not be made without first contacting the School.
The following terms and conditions of sale apply to merchandise ordered through this site additional conditions apply to application fees and tuition fees.

Jurisdiction

These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. For all disputes relating to this contract between the Seller and the Buyer, the Commercial Court of Paris will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Our sales are subject to these conditions that prevail over any other stipulation. All orders submitted by the buyer adhere, without restriction or reserve, to the present general conditions of sale.

Orders

Orders placed through the website commit the Buyer to the general conditions of sales once the Buyer submits orders through the website. Information, photographs and graphics catalogues are indicative only and do not bind the Seller.
From the moment the Buyer has registered the order, it is understood that the Buyer has accepted knowingly and without reserve the prices, volumes and quantities offered for sale and ordered.

Prices

The sales prices of products are those in effect at the time of ordering.
The sales prices of products may change at any time in the event of external events.

Payment

Unless there is a special stipulation, the products are payable to order. Any sum paid by the Buyer prior to delivery of the product constitutes a deposit on the selling price permanently due by the client.

Delivery

Delivery is deemed completed upon collection of the product by the Buyer. The Buyer must pick up the product(s) himself at the designated location.

If the products delivered do not conform in kind or quality specification indicated in the delivery, the Buyer must, on risk of forfeiture, make his claim within ten (10) days after delivery.

Reservation of Ownership

The Seller retains full ownership of the goods sold until full payment is received.
Ownership will be transferred to the Buyer upon delivery of the good.

Disclaimer

The Seller cannot be held liable in any capacity whatsoever for any consequential loss.

Access to personal data

Under the "Loi Informatique et Liberté" of January 6, 1978, the Buyer has a right to access and rectify data concerning him that is kept by the Seller.

Special Conditions for HLP

Cancellation Policy:

  • In case of cancellation for medical reasons before the start of the program (subject to notice by registered mail of a medical certificate to ISP HLP), the full amount (excluding fees) will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be made after the start of classes or for classes or activities not attended by the student.
  • ISP Holiday Language Program reserves the right to cancel classes for which an insufficient number of students have been enrolled. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded. ISP HLP also reserves the right to change the schedule of courses, in which case you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

Claims

All claims must be made within one week before the end of the course and sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to ISP Holiday Language Program, 6 rue Beethoven, 75016 Paris.
